HOST(ESS) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Ascertains their dining needs.
• Seats guests and manage the seating chart.
• Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.

POSITION SUMMARY - Fulltime
The Bartender is responsible for delivering memorable hospitality to our guests with genuine and personable connections and engaging service from the initial greeting to their departure. As a Bartender, it is your responsibility to seek to understand the guests’ needs while preparing perfect beverages made to our standards in a timely manner and with a high degree of professionalism.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
• Deliver genuine hospitality to and establish emotional connections with our guests
• Contribute to the overall teamwork and success of the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with our guests and team members
• Determine guests’ needs while making the appropriate recommendations and offerings to enhance the dining experience
• Prepares drink orders for guests and servers according to recipes in a timely manner
• Execute beverage tray service Answer guest questions regarding food and beverage offerings
• Adhere to all alcohol awareness procedures
• Process payments and handle cash professionally and accurately
• Communicate with managers and hosts regarding table availability and key table updates

REQUIRMENTS:
Education: High School; able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
Experience: Previous hospitality experience preferred
Computer Skills: Experience using a POS system
Other Requirements: Must meet the local, legal age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages; coordination skills that allow proper pouring and carrying of several drinks and plates at the same time

LINE COOK JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
• Ensure the prep station and kitchen are set up and stocked
• Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by preparing vegetables, meats and sauces
• Help to ensure food prep and storage areas meet health and safety standards
• Clean prep areas
• Stock inventory and supplies
• Cook menu items with the support of the others kitchen staff members

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Culinary Arts training preferrable (but not required)
• A minimum of three years of experience in similar role
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work nights and weekends

DISHWASHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes, sorts dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
• Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
• Properly washes, stacks, and stores plates, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
• Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions.
• Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries.
• Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
• Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves.
• Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.
• Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the manager as needed.

DISHWASHER QUALIFICATIONES / SKILLS:
• High standards for cleanliness and sanitation
• Self-motivated with a high energy level
• Verbal communication
